Experience
This module has been an extensive experience that pushes the limits of my writing capability. The structure of conducting these assignments such as critical review and primary data is brand new to me which both made it exciting yet daunting when I found out how we should complete it and the work that entails. In complete honesty, I did not expect this module to include so much writing in a design related course which made me worried. The experience of completing an assignment in this module is definitely satisfying as the hours put in are worth it when you finally completed that long research analysis that's been taking you days to finish. This module will definitely be remembered for my future experiences as it taught me the importance of research in correlation to design.
Observations
One aspect I noticed during critical review was the variety and difference in the ways researchers write their research articles. It provided many interesting insights to their work as well as learning how I could present my own information. The primary data analysis was intriguing as I get to see varied perspectives from the participants each with their own unique way of thinking. These small details really helps in contributing to the analysis as even the most nuanced details links the bridge between two points of information.
Findings
I found the primary data aspect of the module to be the most interesting of the bunch. The journey from creating the primary research methods, the process of gathering data, and the work of analyzing raw data into detailed and structured conclusions has taught me a bunch about writing, deductive reasoning, and understanding of the thought process of different people and how that contributes to the analysis.
